When you use our contact form or registration of interest form, we may collect:
- Parent or guardian name, telephone number and email address
- Your child's name and date of birth
- Your preferred attendance days and start date

Our website does not use tracking or advertising cookies. We do not collect analytics data about your visit. The forms on our site open your own email application to send your enquiry directly to us — your details are not stored on this website or a database.
How We Use Your Information
We use the information you provide to:
- Respond to your enquiry and arrange visits or registration
- Discuss and manage your child's place at the nursery
- Provide the childcare and early years services you request
- Meet our legal and safeguarding obligations as a childcare provider
Our lawful bases for processing are your consent (when you contact us), the performance of a contract (when your child attends), and compliance with our legal obligations as an Ofsted-registered provider.

We keep personal information only for as long as necessary to provide our services and to meet our legal and regulatory duties. Records relating to children in our care are retained in line with statutory Early Years and safeguarding requirements.
